Post mark the Show & Sale Entry Form by February 24, 2025.
Read the Health Regulations on the back of the Entry Form and follow all rules that apply.
Arrive at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex to unload your bison from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Bison are unloaded in the order the trailers arrive.
Carcass Class bison must be delivered live to Smucker’s Meats by 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025

The Sale is open to the public and there is no charge to get in.
The Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex opens to the public at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 8, 2025
You must present a driver’s license to get a bidder number.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash
Personal check accompanied by current certified letter of credit from issuing bank.
Visa & MC There is a 3% buyers premium - waived for payments in cash or checks.
All animals become the buyer’s responsibility when the auctioneer says sold. Loadout happens immediately following the sale. All animals must be loaded out by 3:00 pm.

These bison will be slaughtered at Smucker’s Meat under USDA inspection on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
They will be judged on Friday and the results will be announced at the Awards Banquet on Friday evening.
They will be sold on the hot hanging weight by the pound on Saturday, March 8, 2025 during the live auction.
This price will include the slaughter fees under USDA inspection.
The buyer will be responsible for the cutting and wrapping fees.
The buyer will contact Smucker’s Meats to inform them of the cutting order and will pick up the finished order at:
